I am a naturalist and writer with a passion for books and the wild outdoors. I live in rural eastern Ontario, surrounded by woods and meadows that are my inspiration.

I am the co-author of a new field guide to moths, with friend and fellow moth-lover David Beadle. I am also an aspiring author of young adult fiction, as well as additional non-fiction projects. I did my schooling in zoology and spent several years working as an ornithologist (something I still love), but when I discovered writing a couple of years ago I knew I’d found my passion.
